Frank was a hard‑working and dedicated Fine Gael councillor who served his community with great commitment over many years. His devotion to public service, his integrity and his loyalty to the party and his constituents earned him great respect across the political spectrum.

Frank’s contribution to local life and to Fine Gael will long be remembered, and his loss will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.
