To Marie and Family. We are very sorry to hear of Frank's passing. Although a Corkman, he will be missed but also remembered. We all shared interesting times.
To Marie, Brian, Colm, Eimear and Darragh. Sincerest condolences to you all on the loss of a very very special man. From Tommie Noone, Kinnegad (formerly Celbridge)
To the family of Frank Mulcahey

We would like to express our deepest sadness and condolences to you all on the passing of Frank, whom we knew as a tireless representative of IDP and as a Disability Advocate for UNCRPD, the Committee of Rights for People with Disabilities.

He will be sadly missed by the community of disabled people throughout New Zealand, on whose lives he had such a great impact. He touched the lives of many people on this side of the world and was highly regarded both here in NZ and in Australia for his unselfish advocacy on behalf of disabled people especially in indigenous communities.

His humanity and guidance will be particularly missed by those who knew him and interacted with him personally: -

Huhana Hickey
Wendi Wicks
Rae Hurrell
