I have lost a good friend and swimming companion Rest in peace Frank...You were a true gentleman ..Roisin
My deepest sympathy to Franks wife Ellen and his children and to his brother Michael at this sad time. Frank was a good man who did so much for the community and for his colleagues in the Guards and took risks when it was dangerous to better the lot of his fellow Gardai when pay was poor and conditions were non existent . Frank you are now gone to your eternal reward May you rest in peace.

So sad to hear Frank passed away. Frank was the Bestman at our wedding way back in 1966. Living in The Netherlands we did not see each other very often, but when we were in Ireland we always got together.
We wish Ellen and the Family the strength to cope with this terrible loss.
May he rest in peace.
Our sincere condolences to Ellen, Ger, Barry and Aideen on Franks' passing. Despite the loss of the physical presence of Frank we know that God has assigned him to watch over you throughout your life.
