Frank Mulligan

I was saddened to hear of Frank’s passing, we played rugby together in the Bish and later both of us joined the Connacht Referees Association where we enjoyed many a banter. Sincere condolences to his family.

I was very sorry to hear about Frank’s passing. I remember well his time as coach in UCG rowing club. He had the knack of getting the best from the athletes while making sure there was lots of laughter . The crew won’t ever forget Cork Regatta 1974!

Sincere sympathy John, Cathy, Andrew and extended families on the loss of Frank. I was lucky to share the commute with Frank, from Galway to Garbally College in my first few years teaching. Frank had wonderful stories that kept us laughing. He was a thoroughly decent man. Our commute would regularly be interrupted with a phone call to or from his beloved Ann and I like to think he is back with her now. I remember him fondly. He was a great character and wonderful company. Wishing you solace at your time of great loss.
