Frank, you will be so missed by so many. It was an honour and a great pleasure to have you as a friend over the last 25 years, never quiet knowing what mad idea would be proposed and endured/enjoyed next! I always looked forward to your company and sense of humour, you were inspirational and brought the best out of so many of us. My heartfelt condolences to Claire, Alana, Ciara, Brianna, Arwen, Richard, Paddy, Nora and all Franks family and friends. Gone too soon xxx

Frank was an amazing person and a true gentleman. I really enjoyed the many hiking trips I joined Frank on. He was always an exceptional leader, true friend and welcoming of everyone. I have so many fond memories from those days.

Frank was an absolute gentleman, we are so sorry to hear about his passing. He had a heart of gold and leaves nothing but a positive memory for anyone that had the good fortune to spend time with him. Our thoughts and prayers are with Clare and the family at this incredibly tough time.

I went on many group outdoor hiking adventures with Frank. He always showed leadership, calmness, perseverance, fun, ambition and was always aware of the needs and energy of the group. Such a sad, sad loss. A lovely man.
