I just heard the news tonight of Franks passing. I live in Clane and originally from Dublin and spent many a time over coffee with Frank in OBriens where I used to go with my my kids. We all loved home. A ray on sunshine. I met Frank a couple of weeks ago in the doctors where we both had appointments. Well we had great chats and laughs and he was in such great form. He gave me a tenner for a charity I’m involved in as he did always. We had great chats and banter. Frank you will be so missed from Clane you were the village icon. So happy with your new home. Take care my friend and thank you for the friendship and sending love to your loved ones. Xxx

So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. We got to meet Frank through our brother Niall in Cluain Ailbhe and he was always a great man for a chat. It was Frank that made Niall's move to Cluain Ailbhe welcoming and neighbourily, and the friendship he accorded Niall was so valued. Frank will be sorely missed. Condolences to his family. xx

I had the pleasure of driving him home when we both worked in Liffey Valley back in the day and on those cold dark Winter nights he would lift your spirits with his funny stories. It's such a sad news, we have heard this morning about Frank's passing away... We have both known him from O'Briens where he liked to stop for coffee there. Frank was always smiled and very chatty.
