I have many happy memories of Frank at sports such as at Ballyhooly and Fermoy however our favourite was at the Cork City Sports where Frank won several national titles.May he rest in peace.

So sad to hear of Franks passing a true gentelman as a late starter to cycling he was always willing to pass on his vast knowledge to fellows like me he was King of Banteer and Ballyhooley Sporths when he won so many Irish Championships and i always wanted to emulate him.To his family i want to offer my sincere condolence may he rest in peace.
