I'll miss Frank greatly. I loved his great spirit, always ready for a laugh on only saw the good and positive in the world. He became a good friend to me since my mother died . My decesed parents Dan and Rose always loved Franks visits on the bike . They had great time for him as did many people , a great soul .

Condolences to Andrea, Leanne and their families, Lucy and his brother and sisters. Frank was a great friend to me over the last 15 years. He was an inspiration to all, cycling swimming and golfing despite his illnesses. He would call to so many people on his cycles. He used to say to folks “You’re a Tonic!” But it was he himself that was the tonic, always full of chat and mischief with a joke and a riddle. I’ll miss him enormously. RIP the Cisco Kid.
