My deepest sympathy to Celia, Aisling, Gráinne and Shane on your recent bereavement. I was privileged to work with Frank in Scoil Cholmcille and St. Martin de Porres N.S. in Aylesbury I have fabulous memories of great times in both establishments when education challenged us to deliver to the best of our ability, led by an inspiring and dedicated education professional who led by example and enjoyed lifting our spirits in numerous after school staff meetings.

My sympathies to the family. Was in St Enda’s, Galway with Frank- he was 2 years ahead of me . We used to meet at St Enda’s past pupils’ reunions in Galway back in the 1980’s. Frank was excellent company and he had many stories to tell. May he RIP.

Frank helped me with my thesis when I studied my Masters in Maynooth back in 08/09. He visited me in Maynooth when he didn’t have to make that journey, visited my home in Donegal to offer tips and gave me so much advice and knowledge about the history of the Rosses. He acted as a mentor and as a friend. My condolences to his family. RIP Frank
