Was shocked to hear this tragic news today. Frankie was a childhood friend of mine who I hadn’t spoken to since we were kids. I have many great memories of the good times spent with Frankie and the rest of the Higgins clan in Wexford. Thanks for the all the laughs! So sorry to all the Higgins family for your loss.
