Heartfelt condolences to Frankies wife Lisa, his children, all his siblings and their families and Frankies colleagues, neighbours and many friends. He was a larger than life character who was held in high esteem, with all those fortunate enough to cross paths with him in his various roles in his work and social interests. His death is a huge loss to the whole North West but especially his family at this very tough time of the year.
