We would like to express our sincere condolences on the passing of our dear friend Frans.

We wish you, Jean, children, (great) grandchildren, extended family and friends strength in coping with this loss.

Frans gave many dedicated years of service to scouting in Ireland, most notably as International Commissioner. The Scout Association of Ireland honoured him with their highest award, the Silver Elk.
We pray that having completed his earthly trail, he has now 'Gone Home' to the eternal campsite beyond. 🙏⚜️
