We were very sorry to hear of Fred's passing. He was a gentleman and along with Marie represents all that is good about the Liberties. Sadly missed. We are very sorry for Marie and all of Fred's family loss. May Fred rest in peace 🙏 🕯🕊

My deepest sympathies on Fred’s death. What a huge loss!!! I know he had been sick for quite a while which must have been awful to witness.
Fred was a quiet gentleman. I know he was absolutely devoted to you Marie, Linda and Valerie. Marie, you used to boast that he did all the cooking and treated you like a queen.
In the worst of times he quietly supported us in the parish. He never gave up and was always present on Sundays. It seems a small thing but in bad days it was huge to know he stood with us - faults and all!!!
The song i sang at your 50th anniversary seems appropriate now: THE VOYAGE:

Life is an ocean and love is a boat
