It is truly heartbreaking to not be there to say goodbye to my uncle Fred. Thanks for all the memories and craic that will never me forgotten. The many sayings will stick with me forever. “Do what I like” and all the different “hmmms” “how we now” and how you always called me “Megum” . Thanks for being such a great friend and uncle all my life. From working with you in Fred’s bar to the many nights out. I’ll raise a “bottle” to you here this evening.
