Freddy is fondly remembered by friends in Ierne Sports Club for his talents on the Soccer Pitch and on the Tennis Courts in those far off days of the 50s & 60s.
So sorry to hear this news.
Freddy was a great friend of my father Eamonn and they spent countless weekends together golfing in Donabate.
I also really enjoyed lots of rounds in his great company.
