To all the Corr family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I knew Gabriel primarily through my brother Jim. Gabriel was kind,generous, authentic,very genuine, honest, quietly intelligent, funny,very charismatic and he was a great and rare kind of friend. I have great memories of him,so many laughs, unique moments and expressions. He was always full of life and a joy to be around. Personally having one on one time with him was the absolute best, with a chat which would always have authentic stories, insights,natural humour and his unique laugh and way of telling a story, would frequently lead on to uncontrollable laughter. I am very grateful for the time and memories I had with Gabriel and they will stay with me always. My heart is breaking in Australia tonight and I will miss him greatly.

It was with great sorrow that I learnt of Gabriels passing and my heartfelt sympathies go out to his family of Terrance, Nicolette and Martina. May your memories of Gay in happier times bring you comfort and peace in this difficult time. In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years. Rest in Peace Gay.

Gabriel Corr was one of the kindest, most charming people I've ever had the privilege to know.
His generosity knew no bounds - he would give anything to help others without hesitation.

So sad to hear about Gabriel’s passing , I worked as a plasterer for Gabriel and his Dad Jim years ago then emigrated to Australia, in one of my visits back I caught up with Gabriel for afew beers in Clontarf , he was a lovely guy to know and work for , I’ve often asked how he was doing and had a cousin pass on the news to me today. RIP Gabriel.
