The first time I met Gail, I was a scared and quiet young girl. It was my first day in my new school. Gail came outside and embraced me into a warm hug paired with a friendly smile. She was the courage I needed to get through the day, as I am sure she was to so many other children. She was the light in every room.
She will be dearly missed.
