Garrett (Gary) O'Reilly

I’ve only heard the passing of Gary and it comes as a complete shock. He use to call into all the time a real character and good guy rip Gary

Cuz, we were nigh on inseparable best friends as kids, but as time marched on and we started moving in different circles and, as often is the case, we drifted apart and lost contact. It was always in my mind to reconnect, but alas the opportunity never arose.

I have so many happy memories of our times together as kids, playing super heroes, wrestling and general larking about. Some of the happiest memories are the times we spent down on the farm in Laois, helping (or hindering more likely !!) your Dad bale the hay and getting back to the farmhouse in the evenings burnt to a crisp like a pair of lobsters from the summer sun ....Great, happy and more innocent times.

You left us way too soon cuz. My deepest condolences to Alfie, Margaret, sister Barbara and your wife and kids. RIP.
