Claire and family, so sorry for your loss. I remember Gary years ago. May he rest in peace x
Although I hadn’t seen Gary for many years, I have the fondest memories. He was kind and generous and made me laugh. Rest in peace Gary.
Sincere sympathy Barbara ,Morris’s & Alan on the loss of Gary.
May he rest in Peace.
God saw you getting tired,
When a cure was not to be.
So He wrapped his arms around you,
And whispered, “Come to me”
You didn’t deserve what you went through,
So He gave you rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful,
He only takes the best.
And when I saw you sleeping,
So peaceful and free from pain,
I could not wish you back
To suffer that again.

Although you drove me bloody made with “ is there Brandy or Rum in the coffee?” and “ that is butter on my toast because I don’t like Marg. and have you buttered the corners?”. I will miss you.
Deepest sympathy Barbra and family on the loss of Gary. Rest in peace.

It was August 2017 when I moved to Benamargosa. I knew very few in the tiny village of Benamargosa. I had spent a year travelling through the Algarve and to be honest, was missing Irish company.
On my first day in Bena, as I left the supermarket I heard an Irish ballad being played on a tin whistle, it was Gary. We shook hands, had the first of many beers together and I hoped started a bond — a bond shared by the Irish diaspora — we were among the few Paddies in the village.
Gary, thanks for the laughs, the stories, and the craic. You were a decent man.
R.I .P gary you were a one off with a kind heart i will never forget you
Our deepest sympathies to Gary’s children, grandchildren and to his siblings, Niall, Brian, Claire, Barbara, Alan and Mark. May Gary be in peace and comfort now. RIP
You will be sorely missed Gary. Hope you have found new paths to walk. Rest in Peace
