Gary O' Flaherty

My wholehearted condolences to Gary's family on the loss of one of the most decent, honest and likeable characters one could ever meet.
Knew Gary well in Primary school, especially at hurling training.
One day met Gary on the way to catch a train from Rushbrooke after school, when he was only about 7 or 8 years old to head to Galway to be with his grandmother I remember. Gary's mother and one other person if right , called to our door in Rushbrooke that evening, as suppose to everyone's house from our class most likely, and was able to settle her worry with my mother by my side.
Will miss bumping into you Gary at random times out and about and the talks we had about all sorts, until another day. God rest you Gary.
