My condolences to Patricia and all the Claffey family. Gene was a lovely man and was very good to me. I worked for Gene in the summer of 1988 and have fond memories of that time. Gene was an astute businessman and listened to the kid he had employed when he talked about how the computer in his office could help him! But it was his humanity and kindness that he will be remembered for. He was always a pleasure to bump into over the years and never lost that winning smile. May he rest in peace.
