Deepest sympathy to Mizen, Michael, Danelle and Megan on the death of a beloved husband/father.
On Ash Wednesday 2023, I attended a religious service, blessing and distribution of holy ashes in Saint Bedes, Catholic Church, Newport Pagnell. After the service I was introduced to George. We enjoyed a discussion about his native place, where he trained as a radio officer and his career. On reflection, one year on, we were like ships passing as we went our separate ways. So sorry to hear of his passing.
May he rest in peace.

My sincere sympathy to George's family on his passing. I first met George in REI Tivoli in the early 70's and a few times in later years. He was always a very pleasant and helpful person. May he Rest in Peace.

My sincere condolences to Bernies family. I am very sorry to hear this sad news.
I have fond memories of Bernie in the 70's & early 80's . We all looked forward to his return to Cork from his tours at sea. He cooked us exotic delicacies and entertained us with stories from his travels. A true gentleman.
I will be watching his funeral Maas from Perth Australia.
