George English

Learned today(Nov11th) of the passing of your dear Dad .I have fond memories of him from Burton Tailoring Ltd where we were employees. (me from 1967to1976) George was one of the greats. Psalm 16 verse 11 reads; Thou wilt show me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy. Deepest sympathy to the family circle.

So late, only learning ( by chance) of the passing of George today Nov. 8th. Worked with, and had a lovely relationship with him in our Burton days where many a silly old joke brightened a dull day. An absolute gent. Rest in peace sir.

My sincere condolences to the English family on the passing of George. I had the pleasure of working with him in FBD. His warm and kindhearted nature was a blessing for all who knew him. May he rest in peace.

Sincere sympathy to Sue, Stephen, David, Deirdre and the extended family on the very sad passing of George. As former neighbours in Shelton, we recall George as a lovely gentleman. We watched the funeral Mass on line and it was a fitting tribute.

I only heard of Georges passing today. I worked with George for many years in FBD and to say he was a pure gentleman is an understatement. He was a lovely man and he loved his family. He was good fun. May he rest in Peace.
