Very saddened to hear of Freds passing, he was a great man and friend. My thoughts are with his family and all who were close to him.

Fred without doubt was the most quiet, humble and unassuming man I ever had the pleasure to know. I will miss our daily chats over a cup of coffee at his favourite coffee shop Gustos. Even today I expect to see him sauntering up the Quinsborough Road in his slow steps with backpack on his back and always a cigarette in his hand. In life we all have many acquaintances but very few of us have what I would call real friends. In Fred I was lucky enough to have that real friend. Thanks for the memories Fred and may your gentle soul go quietly into the night. May you rest in peace.
