Condolences to all his family.George a great rider and a weaver of dreams to two young boys when on August 11th 1962 as an apprentice he rode a magnificent treble in the Phoenix Park for Kevin Kerr beating the legendary Lester Piggot twice in the process.He finished his days work when winning the 1500 (Phoenix Stakes)without turning a hair on that exceptional filly Irish Chorus.We will never forget you or that day.
