Eddie, so sorry to hear of Ena's passing. Good memories of my early days in the Norwich Union where she made me feel very welcome and keen to make sure I was settling in well. Her cheery smile and good humour was always reassuring. My condolences to you and all of Ena's extended family. May she rest in peace.
Eddie - so sorry to hear that Ena has passed on. She was the first lady I met when I started work in the NU back in '68. She was always so helpful and polite with a wonderful sense of humour. To then discover I was working with her brother in the Fire Dept I felt really at home as we were all north siders. Great memories of those days and also during our UCL matches between Strand Utd and Clontarf Athletic. Will be with you in spirit at her funeral service on Saturday morning.
Dear Eddie and family so sorry to hear of Ena’s passing. She was a wonderful neighbour along with Evelyn and Joy, when we lived in Dublin’s Road all those years ago.

I had the privilege of knowing Ena when we both worked in Norwich Union, Dawson Street in the ‘80’s. Ena was a remarkably kind and sincere lady, gentle, patient and always considerate - I have very fond memories of her as she showed care towards me as a young man finding his way. I remember her as a woman of quiet but very sincere faith and I’m sure she will be missed.
Eddie, sincere condolences on the passing of Ena. She was such a wonderful lady and I know she will be very much missed by Ross, Claire and the kids. May she RIP.
