Ger you were a great friend to me for so many years. I remember the days when as a young group we had so much fun and great times. Death is something that we do not understand, and it is hard to accept what life gives and what life takes away, and to be able to accept the mysteries that are part of this great life. For you Holly, Fiona and Caoimhe your heartbreak and pain is devasting at the the sudden and untimely death of your lovely beloved Ger. While our words can be filled with love and compassion, they wont heal the hearts of all those who loved and cared about Ger. An absolute gentleman and an all round good and decent human being, filled with kindness, warmth, and unwavering spirit.
We will treasure the memory of his words and advice, his works, his goodness and kindness, and we will be forever enriched for having known his face. He will be truly missed by so many. We thank you for been you Ger Minogue and we thank God for you. May you now be enjoying your eternal rest and your eternal reward.
