Sincere condolences to Marion & Damian, Olivia, John, Gerald, Joseph, Edward and all the Cunningham family. I was very fond of your dad and had the great pleasure of being his neighbour over the years. Our apartment overhead with two children was so noisy, especially when Cameron and Darragh now 14 and 11 were younger, and he put up with us. Then there was the time we near flooded him and he forgave us. Along the way we became friends. I loved to see him sitting out in the summer with his mates, chatting away while soaking up the sun, happy out. We'll miss him, his single mindedness, his playful mischievous smile and his can do attitude. A gentleman and a wonderful neighbour. Light of heaven to him.

Sincere condolences to all Gerry's family and friends. He was the loveliest neighbour. We will miss the friendly chats, the waves and smiles to our kids as we traipsed up and down the stairs. Gerry was always so thoughtful, pausing to say hello, dropping in Christmas gifts and cards. It was always so comforting to know we had such a kind and decent neighbour so close by and it was lovely to see how Marion and all the family took such good care of him.
