I was very sad to hear of Gerald's death. It was my great pleasure to be his art tutor in the High Loft Art group for several years. Gerald was such a kind, open-minded, interesting and talented artist and a true gentleman, I will remember him with great fondness.
My deepest condolences to all his family. May he rest in peace.

Mam counted Mary and Gerald as dear friends and we met them so often at Opera, theatre and Concert events. I remember Gerald and Mary with great affection and happy times in St Thomas's Dramatic Society. I was so sad to hear of their passing.

The committee and members of the High Loft Art Group are shocked and heartbroken on the loss of our dear friend Gerald. He was a gentleman; always there to help and advise. He was a great artist and was the main organizer of the annual art exhibition. We will miss you, Gerald, your lovely smile and presence.
