I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Geraldine, I only heard yesterday. We were great friends in secondary school and we had many happy times together. I remember we used to go picking blackberries after school and Mrs Galvin would make the best blackberry tarts and I would stay for tea. A lovely family. We would always have great banter about those times whenever we met up. She was always smiling and had great time for everyone. My heartfelt sympathy to the extended Galvin Family and O'Keeffe Family. May she rest in peace.
