Laoise, I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. Your mam was truly one of a kind. I will always cherish the beautiful things she knitted for me over the years — the pumpkins, the mice, and the tiny newborn hats — each one a little piece of her talent, care, and kindness.
I loved hearing how much she enjoyed when you’d come home from work and tell her all the day’s dramas. It spoke so clearly of the bond you shared and how proud she was of you. Her gift for helping others, whether through her creativity or even her legendary Excel spreadsheets!!
My heartfelt condolences to your Dad, Gerry, and to Caoimhe. I know how deeply loved she was, and how huge a loss this is for you all.
She will be missed terribly and remembered fondly by so many. Please know I’m thinking of you and your family and sending you all my love at this heartbreaking time. May she rest in peace.
