Johnny, Marie and Anne,
It was with a heavy heart that I learnt of Geraldine’s passing at Joan’s 60th party today .
Geraldine was a true and loyal friend to Joan during their many years spent together in Greenfort.
They made many precious memories together on all their outings and fun weekends away. Joan spoke often of what herself, Geraldine and Marian got up to at weekends and they truly were like sisters together.
I only got to know Geraldine during Covid when I would be collecting Joan from Greenfort and have very fond memories of her beautiful and welcoming smile, she was such a pleasant, kind and gentle lady.
May Geraldine’s beautiful soul rest in eternal peace agus go soilsí an síorsholas uirthi.
