Sincere condolences to Geraldine's family. She was a great friend and neighbour of my aunts Mary and Ina in Castlecountess. Her mother whom I knew only as Mrs Byrne was the person my grandmother sent me to as a child when sugar or milk ran out. Will be missed also by my father Pat. Ar Dheis Dé go raibh a Anam. I was saddened to hear of Geraldine's passing. She provided bookkeeping services for some of my clients after she retired. She was lovely to deal with, always helpful and with such a gentle nature.
She will surely have a bed among the angels.

It was with deep sadness that I learned of the passing of my dear friend Gerldine. We were work colleagues for many years, socialised together in our youth and the bond of our friendship remained throughout our lives. Rest in peace my friend until we meet again
