So sorry to hear of your Father's passing Judy. Thinking of you and all the family at this very sad time.
I would like to thank to all who took the time to post condolences here. Thanks also to those who sent cards, those who called, & to those who approached us in the church with kind words & a warm handshake. Thanks to those who reached out to share their memories of my Father. It is much appreciated, and means a lot to us all. Dad sadly lost his two amazing brothers before him. My wonderful Uncles, Uncle Jim & Uncle Brendan. Please keep them in your prayers. The Costello brothers all lived varied & interesting lives. And now together, will be fondly remembered. Thanks to Eamonn deVelera for his friendship, & loyalty to them, their shared love of cars & through all the great stories of the Costello brothers they will live on in our memories. I hope that in future it will be of comfort to the whole the family to see the comments posted online at the time of the passing of our Father Gerard A Costello Esq. Dad would have been pleasantly surprised had he been able to see all the kind condolences come in from friend’s way back in his childhood, & from his time as a student at clongowes wood college, and he would have appreciated the words of friends & colleagues who reached out to share some stories from the time he spent in London, to the time when he founded & ran Executive Air Services etc.
Many thanks most of all on behalf of our whole family to the staff at Clonskeagh Hospital for the great care they took of My Dad. May his memory become a blessing in time.
Sad news .may Gerry rest in peace
A great fun extrovert person full of brains from light years back in Bray. The Costello grandchildren should know they have inherited brains and ability and can do anything with their lives. May Gerard RIP
