I tender my deepest and sincere sympathies to the Fagan family on the loss of their beloved brother, Gerard.’ I had the pleasure of getting to know him when I attended the Central Office
some years ago. He was very knowledgeable as regards his work. He was always very friendly and helpful.
He was taken from us far too young and may his gentle soul rest in peace.

So sorry to hear of Gerard’s passing. I remember Gerard working in the High Court Central Office he was always good humored and very helpful. He loved going on holidays and always chatted about his adventures. A great man for the opera too.

I worked with Gerard for many years.He had a brilliant mind and love of all things Italian and one could not have asked for a more helpful obliging, kind and courteous work colleague,always in good humour and always with his beautiful smile.The High Court was a poorer place when Gerard left.My deepest condolences to Mary,Brendan,Kevin and Gabriel and all Gerard's family who looked afrer him so well through the long years of his illness.May his gentle soul rest in the peace of Christ,reunited with his Mam and Dad in Heaven.

So sorry to hear the sad news that Gerard had passed away. I met Gerard maybe 35 years ago or so when he joined the Central Office. Quirky guy. Took no nonsense from anyone . Was extremely helpful and friendly. Up there with Tom Madden having the banter. May his gentle soul rest in peace.

I have such fond memories of Gerard in the central office of the four courts and his wonderful singing voice which introduced me to opera.
