Gerard (Gerry) COLLINS

I never knew Gerry but was struck by his story & hus & your bravery in putting your lives on show to warn others about smoking. I had been an on/off smoker & back on for the last 3 years. While I wanted to quit again for the sake of my 4yr old daughter I was putting quitting on the long finger. Then I saw Gerry's tv interview & I cried for him & I knew I had to stop & so I did & I know I will never, ever smoke again. Thank you Gerry. Thank you.

I didn't know Gerry personally But I was sorry to learn of passing of Gerry Collins RIP ,My sincere condolences to all of Gerry Family may he rest in peace

Shocked and saddened at the untimely death of Gerry. A brave man, saw him on Saturday Night Show, be very proud of him, his legacy outlives him.

Thinking of Gerry's family at this time. The funeral was such a beautiful celebration of his full life. A great man and a great legacy! X

Having lost our wonderful dad and husband....to cancer...we knew what you were going through when you appeared on TV...well done for supporting Gerry the way he wanted to deal with this awful disease....may you all now feel his support as you have to learn to live without such a good man.

I didn't know Gerry personally, I saw him while I was having a coffee in cafe Gray about 3wks ago and he had a real presence about him. My thoughts are with you all at this difficult time x
