Sincere condolences to Freda, Gillian, Neill, Aoife, David, family and friends. I'm so very saddened to hear of Gerry's passing. I've have so many wonderful memories of Gerry, his brilliant sense humour, his story telling, singing and fantastic guitar playing. Whether it was hillwalking with the Druids, a birthday party or camping, both Gerry and Freda were the most welcome centre of any gathering. Sending my love, especially to Freda at this very difficult time.

Very Sad to just Hear Today 23/4/2025, The Passing of Gerry , We had Great Chats , When he would be leaving on many a Occasion to go Walking with his Dog (When i lived at 166 , ) May he RIP.

As life would have it, sometimes we come to know people only through the lives they’ve touched. Though I’ve never met Gerry, I have the privilege of calling his daughter Aoife a friend—and knowing her is enough to understand the kind of person Gerry must have been. To have helped raise someone so kind and full of heart is no small legacy.
