We are so sorry to hear this sad news...we always found Gerard to be a highly competent accountant, and always had time for a chat...our deepest condolences to the family.

We have only just learnt of Gerrys passing, such a lovely gentlemen, always kind and consideration, we had the pleasure of knowing Gerry over the last 15 years, our sincerest condolences to all his family, friends and colleagues, we will miss you.

Deepest sympathy to Gerry's family as I just learned of his passing. We both met when we joined Civil Defence Welfare section 1960. We were pals and had some hilarious times .R.I .P.

We met Gerry about 10 years ago and a more kind,helpful person you could not have come across. He always had time to help you, or a comforting word to put your mind at rest. And as many others have said he always had a story to tell. Gerry will never be forgotten by us or anyone else who knew him. Its not often in life you come across a true Angel walking this earth but thats what you got when you knew Gerry. He adored his family so they will all have an amazing guardian Angel.
