Gerry the Gaffer, my no:1,It's hard to believe, that you're actually gone. I'll always remember you as a kind jolly fellow, engulfed in cigar smoke, laid back and mellow. But I know for a cert more often than not when the doorbell rang, you were up like a shot, with a jeepers Mary! would you believe who's here, come in take a seat I'll get you a beer, whether in the Wicklow Mts. or Beaconsfield, wheather sunny spells or skies of grey. Everyone was welcome, anytime, anyday. And so this is it, the greatest farewell from me, "it's to you, Mr. Donnelly."
