I got to know Gerry well during his time as a parents' representative on the Board of Collinstown Park CC in its early days. He was very committed to the role and was always anxious to ensure the best possible support and service was provided to the young people of the locality. A gentleman to his fingertips he will be sadly missed. My most sincere condolences to all the family.
