I meet Ger many years ago as a work mate in Kilkenny who then became a housemate in Cork who quickly became and remained a best friend. Anyone that knew Ger will know its not an exaggeration to say he light up ever room he came into with a laugh, a joke or story. Ger will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
