Very sad to hear about Gerry. We worked together from the early to mid nineties but we done more drinking than working if the truth been told. Great times though and very fond memories of my young adult life. Stayed close friends with Gerry all through the years and always enjoyed running into him chatting about the good aul days. Great character. Rest in peace buddy xx

I knew Gerry from his rugby days at Monkstown. On 1 particular day we we played a very important game in 1991 against blackrock just after Christmas in a storm . The weather was so bad our captain wanted the game called off. When many others were really struggling Gerry was the guy who lead by example in the worst conditions. We lost in a very close game. Gerry was among my favourite ever teammates- We will really miss him. RIP Gerry

Im sorry to hear of the passing of Gerry, i was in his class in the Tech in Clondalkin, many years ago.
Last time i met Gerry was a good few years ago, in a pub in Rathcoole, and we had a good chat, over a few pints.
