My condolences to the Moloney family. I came to know Gerry while a student in Mary I. He was a friend to all and always up for a chat and a laugh. He will be sadly missed.

My condolences to the Moloney family. I came to know Gerry while a student at Mary Immaculate College and went on to work alongside him, although in a different department. Gerry was a fella who could always be counted on for a laugh or for a chat about his home County of Clare, where he had also owned a pub. Indeed, I eventually moved on to work in Tipperary - a fact he enjoyed to tease me over! I was very sad to hear, several weeks after the fact, that Gerry had passed away, but I trust he's up there now, that twinkle in his eye and with a mischievous grin brightening the place up.
