Fiona sorry to hear of the death of your Dad..RIP..

Sincere sympathy to the Morris family on the passing of Gerard .A wonderful person.Many great memories of our youth together.

On behalf of my mother May and the Morgan family, I would like to convey our deepest sympathy to all Gerard`s family on his recent passing. We lived next door to Gerard at no. 18 Long`s Place and the Morris family were great neighbours and friends. I have great memories of watching soccer being played outside our front doors and always being fascinated as to how skilful a player Gerard was. There was always a gathering of fellas outside the Morris household and their house seemed to be a great meeting point. I also remember Gerard and Dermot working on their carpentry business in Basin Lane. It was always a pleasure to meet Gerard, a true gentleman and unfortunately our paths did not cross in later years. I do hope that Gerard`s soul is resting peacefully.

So sad to hear about Gerard passing, loved him so much. He always had something wise to say about running ur business. Always remember going to his workshop with Peter. Not to mention the Xmas days in the Small’s with Anna and Gerard. Anyway thinking of you Niamh Fiona and Gerard Jnr.
