We were so sad to hear of Gerard’s passing, we had grown very fond of him over the past few years and will miss the chats and craic we had with him. He was a true gentleman, may he rest in peace

Really sad to hear of Gerard's passing. We started primary school together and he always joked that even though we were born in Feb 1948 he was younger because he was born 29th. My condolences to his family on the loss of their dad and brother. RIP
