Sincere condolences to Connie and to all the family. I have known Gerry since the '60s when we played schoolboy football in Scarlet Street - behind Eddie's Hardware. I then worked with him in Centronics in the 1980s and more recently saw him regularly at Saint Anthony's Novena in Saint Peters. He was a true gentleman and is a huge loss. It was a true privilege to know him. RIP
