I’m so sorry to hear of Aunty Arda’s passing. She was such a lovely, kind, warm and hospitable person. I have very fond memories of travelling to Dundalk on the train when I was wee with my dad to visit your mum and dad. I also had some lovely weekends in Cavan where you mum and I got to spend time together doing aunt and niece stuff.

Sending deepest sympathy to the family of Arda with whom I worked many moons ago in the Health section of Louth Co Council in Jocelyn Street Dundalk.
Arda was a dedicated worker in the office but also a true loyal friend. We shared social occasions with her and her beloved Paddy and kept in touch as recently on a phone call after Christmas. She was so brave in dealing with her illness and must be so sadly missed. A real lady. May she rest in peace.

Fondest childhood memories of holidays in Strandhill and Kerry with her and her Christmas card has been the first one in my door every Christmas since then. Very grateful to have known her. RIP.
