Gerry was one of those sparks
Sadly that flame has now gone down, but his legacy remains in the smouldering embers waiting for a gentle breeze to ignite a new flame.
A great friend, a great comrade, we are devastated by his loss.

My deepest sympathy to Ann and all the Corbett family.I was so saddened to hear of Gerry’s untimely passing this week,I always enjoyed meeting Gerry & he was always such good fun to be with.I always appreciated Gerry’s help as well as support & he always had a positive word to say when required.Gerry will always be recognised & remembered for all his hard work in growing Knocknacarra FC to the success it is today.All the kids that he encouraged,supported & coached down through the years will always be eternally grateful to Gerry. Will miss meeting Gerry & Buddy around Knocknacarra.
