Sincere condolences to the Donnelly family on sudden death of Gladys. She was an absolute lady. I used to really look forward to her coming in to Tesco. Will miss the chat with her. May she rest in peace.❤️❤️

I was so sorry to learn this morning that Gladys had passed away during the week.
She was such a special and cheerful lady.
For a few years before the pandemic, most Saturdays I would meet her when i was busking in Longford. She would usually tell me she was 'on the clock ' and her driver was waiting but still she'd update me on her family news and tip me too - then dash away.
There's only one place she's going to and that's to the top.
I grew up (debatedly) in Liverpool and chatting with her brought me back.
She was such a special and cheerful lady.
