Dear Pamela thinking of you and your family at this very sad time. Sincere condolences.
I was very sorry to learn of Gordons passing. He was a lovely man and an outstanding supporter of our club. He was by far our most loyal supporter, home or away, whatever the weather.....and he was always the 'go to' man when you wanted to know how long was left to play. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him in Wanderers FC.
My sincere condolances on the recent passing of Gordon. He was a lovely man and always wonderful company.

An amazing supporter of Wanderers Football Club over so many years, he will be sadly missed. May he rest in Eternal Peace.

Sincerely,

Wally Hill
Past President

Gordon was an institution in Zion Parish. We first met him when we were leaders of the Zion Scout Group and Cub pack when his son David joined. Such a friendly parent who along with his beloved wife Jean always went out of his way to be supportive in all that we were doing.

He was always prepared to share his own scouting experience without being judgmental or interfering in any way in what we were trying to achieve.

His support for the parish over a long number of years was unparalleled, as was his love of rugby.

Sincerest sympathies to Jean David and Pamela at this sad time, from us both.
Gordon was our neighbour for 38 yrs. He was a true gentleman and was blessed with a friendly disposition. A greeting from Gordon was always welcome. May he rest in eternal peace after a life well lived.
